Ridiculously easy to use. Great for a single person -no help needed!,
I have owned this item for well over ten years now. I did not buy it from Amazon, nor do I remember what I paid, but I have to tell you it is well worth the price. It is so easy to use and makes setting up the tree a breeze. When I go to buy my tree every year, I bring the removable center part to the tree lot with me. The guys there always cut the tree so that it fits on and they attach the pins for me. All I have to do is bring the tree in the front door and plop it in the base. That’s it. After the tree branches fall back into place after being netted, you can easily adjust it if the tree happens to be off-center. No picking up the tree to fix it, or re-attaching the base, you simply just pump the foot break and it will tilt it straight for you. This product is durable and makes the process so easy. I know $40 sounds like a lot for a tree stand, but I promise you won’t regret buying this item.

Great product,
Bought this stand as a replacement for a similar model (that provided me several years of service). Easy to put together and was very sturdy. Admittedly we had a small tree this year but I think that it would handle a much bigger tree without any problems.
The only issue I have with this type of stand is that the bottom of the tree needs to be bevelled to sit properly in the bottom of the stand. With bigger trees it can be a bit of a hassle to get it cut down to the right size if you don’t have a chainsaw.
I would recommend buying this stand- you won’t find a better stand for getting your tree up and straightened in a hurry.

Your Last Christmas Tree Stand,
This stand is amazing. After a steady stream of $20 tree stand purchases and tons of fussing over getting them properly straightened, this stand makes it all easy. The only tricky part at all is making sure there’s enough clear trunk on the bottom to fully seat in the fairly deep plastic “insert” portion of the stand. Cut the tree low and leave at least 8″ of branch-free trunk and you’ll be fine– otherwise you may need to trim a couple of the branches from the bottom. This can sometimes affect the appearance of places higher up on the tree, so cutting low at the beginning is your best bet.
I put the insert on the tree before I bring it in. Then I get the rest of the base set up where I want the tree to go, including pulling out the foot-step swivel adjustment lever. Dragging the darn thing in tends to be the hardest part, then put the base of the tree with its attached plastic insert into the tree stand. Get it standing up and clicked in, then push down on the foot lever while adjusting the tree so it looks vertical. Release foot lever, wiggle the tree a bit to click it in again, and done! Just add water.
Sure, this costs as much as three other tree stands, but it’ll be the last stand you ever buy.
